Clean Cookstove Programme in Nepal

In 2025, Treasure Carbon launched a clean cookstove programme in Nepal’s Lumbini Province. The initiative plans to distribute energy-efficient cookstoves to approximately 85,000 households, benefiting around 400,000 residents and reducing an estimated 130,000 tCO₂e annually. Beyond emissions reductions, the project helps lower fuelwood consumption, improve indoor air quality and reduce health risks for women and children. Through international carbon market mechanisms, the programme also supports the generation of high-quality carbon credits aligned with emerging Article 6 cooperation frameworks.

Forest Conservation Project in the Solomon Islands

Since 2023, Treasure Carbon has been implementing a forest conservation project across multiple provinces in the Solomon Islands, covering more than 60,000 hectares of tropical rainforest. The project reduces emissions from deforestation and forest degradation by restricting commercial logging, road construction and related activities, while enhancing long-term carbon sequestration capacity. In addition to generating high-integrity carbon credits, the initiative supports biodiversity conservation and sustainable land management, contributing to climate resilience and sustainable development in Pacific island communities.

At Treasure Carbon, we are committed to restoring Mongolia’s natural landscapes through impactful reforestation and afforestation projects that go beyond carbon sequestration. Our initiatives are designed not only to capture atmospheric carbon but also to enhance biodiversity, prevent soil erosion, and improve livelihoods in rural communities. With Mongolia's unique grasslands and pine forests increasingly threatened by climate change, desertification, and land degradation, we work closely with local stakeholders to implement sustainable land-use practices that foster long-term resilience. Our approach includes advising on strategic tree planting, land management, and selective logging, all tailored to Mongolia’s diverse ecosystems. By creating robust carbon offset solutions, we empower communities, restore critical habitats, and contribute to a sustainable, greener future for generations to come. Join us in our mission to revitalize Mongolia’s landscapes and combat climate change in one of the world’s most vulnerable regions.
